Commercial relationships and methodology

Last reviewed: September 8, 2026

Tipo de Cambio Bolivia is an operating information product. It compares distinct routes for accessing dollars and digital dollars using rates, sources, and states that readers can verify. This page explains how that information stays separate from any commercial relationship.

Independence rules

  1. 1.A commercial relationship never changes a published rate.
  2. 2.It also never changes which routes may enter an organic comparison or position.
  3. 3.No provider can pay to become the “Best rate.”
  4. 4.Every affiliate or referral link will be identified beside the link.
  5. 5.Sponsored content, tutorials, or placements will be clearly labeled as such.
  6. 6.Paid placement remains separate from organic comparisons and positions.
  7. 7.Providers that do not pay receive the same factual treatment.
  8. 8.Stale data, outages, unfavorable rates, and corrections remain visible even when a commercial relationship exists.
  9. 9.Permission or licensing to use data is evaluated separately from sponsorships, referrals, or campaigns.
  10. 10.Methodology governs organic comparisons; commercial agreements do not replace it.

Current commercial relationships

There are currently no provider commercial relationships registered in this section.

The register will be updated when a relationship exists that readers should know about; a conversation, evaluation, or possible collaboration is not published as a current relationship.

Data permission and a commercial relationship are different things

Permission to display, store, compare, or redistribute data requires its own authorization. A sponsorship, referral link, or collaboration does not grant those permissions or activate a rate.
